4 Units of Language Arts:

  • English I,II, III, IV

3 Units of Social Studies:

  • American History
  • American Government
  • World History

3 Units of Natural Science:

  • Physical Science
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Physics
  • Priciples of Technology
  • Applied Biology
  • Anatomy & Physiology
  • Food Science

3 Units of Mathematics:

  • Algebra I
  • Algebra II
  • Geometry
  • Advanced Math
  • Calculus
  • College Algebra

1 Unit of Fine Arts:

  • Art
  • Band
  • Choir

1 Unit of Physical Education:

  • 1/2 credit of Health
  • 1/2 credit of Physical Education

Kansas Board of Regents Requirements

4 Units of Language Arts:

  • English I, II, III, IV

3 Units of Social Studies

  • American History
  • American Government 1/2 credit
  • 1/2 credit of one of the following:
  • World Geography
  • World History
  • International Relations

1 unit from the following:

  • Psychology
  • Economics
  • Civics
  • History
  • Current Social Issues
  • Sociology
  • Anthropology
  • Races & Ethnic Group Relations

3 Units of Natural Sciences:

  • Biology
  • Advanced Biology
  • Earth/Space Science
  • Chemistry*
  • Physics*
  • *At least one unit must be in Chemistry or Physics

Students may take up to 2 of the following if approved by the Kansas Board of Regents:

  • Applications in Biology
  • Applications in Chemistry
  • Principles of Technology I & II

3 Units of Mathematics

  • Algebra I
  • Algebra II
  • Geometry

Foreign Language is recommended but not required.
